High Performance Energy Storage
The Red Earth range of products has been created for off grid applications. Red Earth Storage products feature an integrated lead acid battery and inverter module that is a complete engineered solution to storage needs in off grid situations.
Red Earth top tier storage module delivers up to 5 kW of continuous power (8kW peak) and 10 kWh of energy. It can be optioned to include integration of Renewables and a standby generator.
High Performance: Red Earth's batteries are high performance and provide high energy density and best performance in deep discharging applications. Our batteries operate at partial charge and discharge with and optimal managed life time cycling. Our batteries feature longer life, lower life cycle costs and a superior temperature range of operations.
Safe & Recyclable Design: The design of Red Earth Storage System capitalises on the unique ability to maintain the batteries in a uniform temperature state. Electrical safety is enhanced by a unique current-limiting capability in the event of a short circuit. On-board intelligence continually monitors the condition of the battery, and shuts the battery down on detection of any abnormalities. All battery are comprised of low-cost, 100% recyclable materials.
Flexibility:Red Earth Batteries have embedded control for discrete operation and can be configurable as constant power, constant current or constant voltage. They can be customised to specific applications e.g. voltage, energy, power.
Versatile: As a scalable modular building block, single or multiple, Red Earth Storage Systems can be used in parallel, enabling flexible voltage and capacity configurations from ~10kWh to MWh.
Maintainable: The life of an individual Red Earth Storage System is extended by simple maintenance program, which can be remotely monitored to target the right conditions. Advanced optional monitoring, where applicable, observes the condition of the storage system and informs the user when maintenance is required.
